We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team of professionals in the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical contractor projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, negotiation with stakeholders, and effective communication to ensure that all project goals are met. A background as an electrician, journeyman and/or master electrician is strongly preferred.
Additionally, experience as an electrical contractor project manager is desired.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct requirements analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Communicate with suppliers and general contractors professionally
- Collaborate with project engineers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Utilize project management tools such as Fieldwire, Procore and other software our general contractors use to track project progress and manage documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve project issues
- Negotiate with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are aligned with business needs
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and senior management

Experience:
- 5+ years in electrical in-field work
- 5+ years in electrical contractor project management
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ($75K -$100K per year), plus benefits package including health, vacation, and retirement – discussed at interview
